Day 64: 30 October, Wednesday

Happy mid week!

Its Wednesday so I had GSM at 9am and NGO at 3pm.

Warning: This post is gonna be ultra boring. Because there's almost no photos and no special events.

So after GSM ended at 10.30am I went back to sleep because I slept at 3.30am yesterday and was feeling extremely groggy in the morning. I fell straight into a coma the moment I hit the sack up till 2.30pm when it was time for NGO.

I didn't have breakfast or lunch, so I bought fresh cream waffle, iced choco and 2 chicken for lunch before NGO.

Went back to dorm and showered after NGO and settled our laundry. I then settled in to PC Room to work on my OB report that is due tomorrow.

Dinner was pizza. 2 Cheese & 1 Sweet Potato. Pizza photo is incomplete because Cheryl was too hungry she couldn't wait. Haha.

치즈 스틱 (cheese sticks)
치즈 & 고구마 피자 (cheese & sweet potato pizza)
And I bought my all time favourite Yuzu Tea from Orange Mart only to find out that its expired. Sadly I'm not good in Korean, else I'd complain already. :( He just did an exchange for me.

Expired on 8th Oct. Lol
So I practically spent my entire night in the PC Room, not working on my report constantly but watching Running Man, nypco videos too. Its less than one month to K Attack and I hope my friends are coping well with school and practice! Tickets are selling out soon, so get your tickets asap if you haven't done so!

My Wednesday ended off with an incident that happened at night. The dorm teacher in charge today is the female instead of the usual male. The electronic door is usually locked at 12.10am. Kaoutar was getting ice cream outside at Orange Mart. When the teacher was about to lock the door, she went out and saw Kaoutar but came back in to lock the door. Kaoutar was locked outside!

Meihwa, Yixin and I were studying in the PC Room while Cheryl, Yvonne and Adrial were studying in the lounge so I didn't know about the matter until 12.30am. Rescue mission 101: finding a way in for Kaoutar because its 8 degrees outside!

Anyway the female teacher came down to unlock the door at 12.45am so everything is okay now~~

Meanwhile something happy is in the process of planning so I hope it works out. Waiting for the good news tomorrow!

Have a great week ahead~~ ^^

Day 63: 29 October, Tuesday

Greetings!

IBN at 10.30am.

80cents Paris Baguette Coffee Milk
We learnt about facial expressions and Professor asked Adrial and another Korean girl to act out certain facial expressions while the class have to guess. Adrial did a pretty good job, and when he was trying to act out "irritated" (or something similar), Taiquan just yelled out "pekchek". Hahaha I just laughed. Singlish. LOL.

And the Korean girl couldn't act the expressions well. But she super cute and shy. Dmitry also super funny. He couldn't detect the facial expressions so he was kinda lost. Hahaha.

And some random photography group came in to take photos again.

They asked Professor to stop walking around. Haha
MICE at 12pm. In 8 weeks of class finally the Professor gave us clear instructions for us to do our job well. I'm satisfied with our presentation. Thanks for the effort of Yvonne, Cheryl and I. Oh and don't forget Dmitry too.

MICE is always so fun although its boring. Really cannot stop laughing whenever we are with Dmitry. I seriously dk how to handle this puta. Haha! Check out my Instavideo about him. Hahaha.

Trying to act cute. Hahaha
Look at his skin colour contrast! (face and hands)
Sleep time

The three of us went back to the dorm at 3pm to have "lunch", and we ate dry meepok that Cheryl's mum brought to Korea. It was good! ^^ And I had Iced Choco and Yvonne bought banana too.

We met Tai and Surya on the way back! And Tai's hair is back to black. Haha. I abit not used to it. :P

Went back to school at 4.30pm for OM class. We had mid terms today and its open-booked. I haven't had an open-book test in ages!!! We can even use of phone (Google), so it wasn't too difficult. Just that I stupidly trusted Google in something that was not the right answer. *facepalm*

#ootd!

Love the side view.
And to let you guys know whats the biggest challenge here in Korea: keeping our English standards. Take a look.

"deal with a specific areas"
"giving a correct information"
The Koreans speak generally fluent English, and their vocabulary may be even better than us, but when it comes to typing it out, really... cmi.

Photos of the Moroccan girls.

Did OB report in the PC Room at night. Didn't have dinner cos I wasn't hungry.

That was my Tuesday. How was yours? :D

Day 62: 28 October, Monday

Back to reality. *sigh*

GSM at 9am and we got back our mid term test results! I think I got 86/90 (though I'm not very sure of the marking system) so I suppose its okay? Haha.

OB was at 10.30am, and NGO at 12pm. Got back our mid terms and Research Papers. 70 for mid terms and 75 for Research Paper. Guess that's just where my standard lies.

The five of us (girls) wanted to have Ginseng Chicken so we went but the shop owner told us that there is no Ginseng Chicken in Winter! I still don't believe it so I'm gonna ask my Korean friends about it. How can that be?!

So we ended up having steamed eggs. Again. Yeah but it still tastes as good!

After lunch Meihwa and I went back to school to meet Professor to talk about our Research Papers while the rest went for class. Tango-ed & Skype-d the girls in my class: Munirah, Yani, Karyin & Cheryl and I miss them so much!! I know the wifi was bad but at least we talked! Hope you guys can come Korea in Dec!

So I spent my afternoon in the PC Room updating my blog. Went to Global Cafe to work on project with Dmitry, Cheryl and Yvonne at 6.30pm and had chicken, fresh cream waffle & Iced Choco for dinner.

Working on MICE
This appeared out of nowhere but it was definitely a surprise for me :P
We returned to the dorm at 9pm when the Global Cafe closed to continue on our MICE project. We (everyone except Taiquan cos he stayed in his room) spent the night working on our projects and exams in the lounge~

One of my Korean friends 소진 gave me this~ thankful ^^
Weather is chilly today by the way~~ Have a great week everyone!

Day 61: 27 October, Sunday

Last day of our Seoul trip!

Yvonne and I woke up at 9am to go explore on our own while the rest caught some sleep. It was a little hard to wake up so early but I still managed to do so. Haha.

We took the subway to find the Infinite Forest (for my friend)!

Apparently its located at the Cherry Blossom street and we found the cherry blossom street but couldn't find the forest. Next time maybe.

We still had some time so we went back to the very pretty cafe that was closed the other day.

We met Yvonne's colleague and she made us awesome coffee!

Our #ootd~

After that we took a taxi back to the guesthouse to meet the rest because we had to check out at 12pm.

We left for Insadong after we checked out! Although we had lots of baggage but it didn't matter in Korea because you had those lockers at subway stations to store your stuff and that's what we did!

We walked around Insadong and had lunch at Miss Lee cafe! The place where Sweet Potato Couple (Yonghwa & Seohyun) had their date!

We had lunchboxes and wrote notes to leave in the cafe~

Played five stones too~

After lunch we shopped around the streets, bought some street food too!

We wore hanbok and took photos in a Neoprint shop too!

When we were about to leave we saw some A&F guys! A&F is opening at 11am on Thursday in Korea that's why!

We visited some palaces nearby and took photos. Super pretty~

Otw back to subway station~

Soon it was time to go because our mugunghwa was at 17:40 and we had to meet Cheryl at the station earlier. We left at about 4pm.

We arrived at Seoul Station and waited for Cheryl at MacDonalds.

Ate Passion 5 Choco Pudding from the cafe earlier on~
Cheryl arrived with her family and we left to board the train! Cheryl permed her hair by the way and she looks so cute now, especially with her beanie!

Train tracks
On mugunghwa~
We reached Daejeon at about 8pm and decided to cab back because we had too much stuff on hand. Yvonne, Cheryl and I went to meet Dmitry for project but he apparently forgot (yes he's such a putha) so the three of us ate separately from the rest.

Pathetic but yummy 떡볶이 (spicy rice cakes)
치즈 돈같스 (cheese tonkatsu)
I was too tired to update my blog so here it is, three days late. On the other hand, happy last semester to all my Year 3 NYP friends!
