Day 41: 07 October, Monday

Its a boring Monday again...

9am GSM class, 10.30am OB, 12pm NGO class.

Eating lollipop in NGO class. :P

Met the girls for impromptu lunch after class and met Surya who was joining us too. We wanted to have dalkalbi for lunch but Surya recommended another restaurant so we went ahead with it.

We ordered 닭고기 볶음밥 (Chicken Fried Rice) and the portion was really big! We ordered three plates for six of us. And there's this complimentary omelette which tastes so good!

Apparently there is a challenge for the fried rice. If you are able to finish the rice within a certain time limit, you can dine in the restaurant for free for an entire year!

After which the girls and Surya went back to school while Meihwa and I went to get Ice Cream waffle that costs only KRW$1,000 before heading back to the dorm. 

I am having a pretty bad sore throat now (probably the worst I ever had) because I drank from Cheryl's bottle yesterday despite knowing that she has got a bad throat too. Oh well.

Meihwa fed me anti-inflammation medicine before asking me to go sleep. She like our mama. Hahaha. <3

And so I slept from 4pm to 6pm... Refreshing. But nothing accomplished. :(

Woke up and nua until 7.30pm and we decided to go have dinner. Wanted to go have steamed egg but ended up too lazy to walk so far so we just settled for the nearest good food; not pizza, but cheese ramyun.

Yvonne tried the Beef Kimbap but there's also mint leaves and very little meat taste so it was average only. Still love the cheese ramyun to the max lah.

After we were done we went back and chilled in front of the dorm entrance (as usual) and wondered where the guys went because they didn't reply our whatsapp for dinner but are apparently in their room. We decided to go to the Hannam University Global Cafe because we were so bored. So god damn bored hahaha.

Cheryl has been there once I guess, whereas it is my first. It is a super cozy place with bright lighting and everything you could possibly find in your home. A cafe counter that serves coffee, tea and other beverages, a 52" flat screen 4G Smart TV, a computer, a projector, tables and chairs for studying, old school games like Monopoly & Game of Life, and of course sofas for chilling. Probably somewhere that we will visit often in the near future.

Our friend Rocky works there and he said he is in charge of the place (meaning he has the keys xD) and we met Surya at the cafe coincidentally. Rocky said that we can study there, bring our movies and watch on the projector and even cook there! Oh man finally somewhere for us to cook home-cooked food!

So we were watching Lone Ranger on the tv but the cafe closes at 9pm so I guess we have to continue another day. 

We went back to the dorm and chill again, eat ice cream, met the guys that came down. Yixin went to have dinner with Sean while the rest of us went back. We were all back in our rooms by 10.30pm and yet another day has passed but nothing is accomplished. 

Because Yixin sprained her ankle her mattress is now on the floor. Before Yixin was back, Cheryl was lying on it all the while and even until she came back, she still refused to budge. She didn't even want to go and bathe. So lazy haha.

Yixin was jokingly saying we took up her space but Cheryl argued that that is our family living room, a shared common area. Hahaha. It was so bored that Yvonne started laughing non-stop and Cheryl started doing weird things. 

We ended our boring Monday will fun-filled laughter. Let's hope tomorrow will be better!
