Day 37: 03 October, Thursday

Greetings!

Its a public holiday today like I said yesterday and because no korean could accurately tell me what holiday was it I decided to go Google for it. Here's the results from Wikipedia~

3rd October: National Foundation Day, 개천절 (开天节)

The day celebrates rhe foundation of Gojoseon, the first state of the Korean nation. According to the Samguk Yusa, Dangun founded Gojoseon on the 3rd day of the 10th lunar month, 2333 BCE. Today, South Koreans celebrate their national foundation on October 3 according to the solar calendar, for the convenience sake. "Gaecheonjeol" means "heaven-opened day".

So if you read yesterday's post you will know I woke up only at 4.40pm and I spent my time before dinner in the PC room and had Carbonara Spaghetti for dinner which tasted surprisingly good.

Then spent time in the PC room again and watched The Internship with the rest in the conference room. Homework piling up so I gotta do something about it. Weekends are occupied already. :/

Have a great Friday tomorrow!
