Day 83: 18 November, Monday

Temperature: 0/7 degrees
Weather: Snowy

Yes! Its snowing today!!!

Yahoo Weather
Accu Weather
I see everyone is having Monday Blues on my Twitter and Instagram but I have none because it started snowing here in Daejeon, South Korea!

Weather was good in the morning~
I had GSM at 9am, OB at 10.30am and then NGO at 12pm. Halfway through NGO was when we received Yixin's whatsapp message and we all turned our heads to look outside the window and saw flakes surprisingly!! I was so excited in NGO class hehe. Although it is not my first time seeing snow (I came Korea when it was snowing before) but I am still excited after so long! It is a first for the others so we were all excited!! See my Instavideo too!

Happy SG kids see snow. Haha :P
It was just a short while though. Like less than 5 minutes. By the time we ended class the snowing stopped. And because its so little you can't even see snow on the ground.

So we ended class and the five of us (Adrial, Taiquan, Sean, Meihwa and I) went to have Bibimbap for lunch! Adrial recommended us this place where for KRW$4,000 you can get 돌솥 비빔밥 (Hotstone Bibimbap) and a whole lot of side dishes! And it was indeed nice!!

Lunch!
The guys went to E Mart after lunch while Meihwa and I went back to the dorm.

Anyway I made the decision to buy an iPad Mini when I get back! I am gonna change my iPhone 4 to 5 when I get back, buy myself an iPad Mini and iPod afterwards! If you ask why do I need iPhone when I have iPod (and vice versa) or why do I need so many Apple products, let me tell you. iPhone is for calling, texting and social media. iPod is for listening music and watching videos. iPad is for doing work and surfing net/searching information. Good enough reason? Hahaha.

Anyway, spent the time in PC Room doing IBN assignment until dinner time. Had dinner in the lounge with Yvonne, Cheryl and Yixin (Taiquan joined us afterwards). I tried cooking the Maggi instant porridge this time (the last time was chicken porridge) so I brought along chicken floss and canned chicken breast (because I thought it wouldn't be nice). But surprisingly it tastes super good! At least much better than the chicken flavoured one.

Yixin's chicken curry!
My abalone porridge!
And then I watched another chinese movie named 《失恋33天》"Love is not Blind", and the female lead is the same girl from 《被偷走的那五年》"The Stolen Years" and 《分手合约》"The Wedding Invitation", Fay Bai (白百何). The male lead is someone called Wen Zhang (文章). It isn‘t a romantic show I would say, but pretty sweet seeing them get together in the end. Its about the guy accompanying the girl throughout her breakup period after she found out that her best friend is dating her boyfriend. Cliche story I know, but some parts really not bad. Try watching from 52:02 - 59:27. Quite funny and I loved the revenge part. Kinda think the guy not bad too. He is a unique kind of handsome. A bit small size I know, a bit gay (dk is it just the show or just him) but he looks quite good when he was cutting her hair. And I like his type of voice. As a whole, it was a better movie than 《分手和约》"The Wedding Invitation".

Some quotes that I like from the movie (apart from the revenge scene; really one of the coolest I've seen!)

“一个男人留不住他的女朋友就是他没有能耐”
“放不开的也许只是习惯”
“爱,就疯狂。不爱,就坚强”

So that's how I spent my Monday because I am assignment-free!! Left with one more NGO paper and finals! How fast a semester has passed!

Ending off my Monday post with a photo from a co senior! #countdown 6 more days to K Attack 3!

Have a great week ahead everyone!
