Woke up pretty late this morning, 8.30am for 9am class. But we made it on time nonetheless. Getting better at it. Haha.
And then IBN at 10.30am. Was quite tired though I don't know why (I slept quite early yesterday) even after my breakfast and coffee. So the best solution is to go back to dorm after class and SLEEP.
But I didn't. Lay on my bed watching another movie, 《
101次求婚》, "Say Yes". Starring Lin Chi-ling (林志玲), Godfrey Gao (高以翔) and Huang Bo (黄勃). Just another romance movie (I still don't like her voice), not as touching and not as good (since I didn't get much quotes out of it). And a little bit impractical.
So the story plot goes like this. 叶熏 (Chi-ling as Ye Xun) and 许卓 (Godfrey as Xu Zhuo) were supposed to get married three years ago but the groom disappeared on the day of the wedding. She met 黄达 (Huang Bo as Huang Da) during this three years who made her feel important, feel in love, until three years later, when Godfrey appeared again and said he got into an accident and lost his memory and want to get married now. But what complicates matters more is that on the day of marriage, when Ye Xun confessed that she is actually in love with Huang Da, Xu Zhuo admitted that he didn't actually lose his memory. It was just an excuse to escape from reality and the pressure from his parents. Yeah something like that. Impractical to marry a guy who has nothing to provide but love as well.
Anyway I slept from 12pm to 4pm because I had nothing to do. I wasn't exactly tired, but just sleep only. Hahaha.
Woke up and joined Cheryl and Yvonne to study in cafe. They needed to complete their report so I did my stuff. Ate Double Dorothy Waffle too. The lady working know us so she did it in a special way for me. Separating the waffle and the ice cream/fresh cream for me with chocolate sauce. Yums.

And then we went back to dorm while Cheryl went out. Settled dinner in the lounge with Yvonne. Meepok and Laksa for dinner!

And then during dinner we started watching MAMA 2013! Hehe I know you guys watch it live in Singapore too but haha it just feels different watching it live in Korea! Haha. Just kidding.

And then it came to the last and biggest award for the night/event, "Album of the Year". Nominees included EXO, G Dragon, SHINee, SNSD and Jo Yongpil. Yvonne, Taiquan and I were like discussing who would win (isn't that what everyone does during awards shows) and then we were hoping for GD to win but think that EXO will most probably win. And then there's this Korean girl watching with us too, and she's an EXOtic.
We watched MAMA from halfway to the end, so Yvonne was commenting that those awards that are sponsored like "Sony Best Artist" (or something) or "Music in Style" by Union will be given to artists who didn't receive any awards (lolol :P). And if the artists are at the event they most prolly won't leave empty-handed. If you saw SNSD had members Seohyun and Hyoyeon at the event, Kinda weird that only two of them appear? They were representing their group to receive "Best Female Group" award.
During the nomination for "Best Male Group" award, nominees included, SHINee, EXO, INFINITE, Teen Top and Shinhwa. Yvonne and I were positive that EXO would win although we didn't much like it, but when the announcer said "INFINTE" we were both damn shocked hahaha. And then that Korean girl's face kinda turned black.
Don't misunderstand or anything, people who know me know I am a kpop fan (used to be a die-hard one) so I'd never hate any group. Just that I find EXO too mainstream already. They are good, and good looking too, I admit, but they prolly gotta improve on their vocals.
So the final award was a second time EXO was nominated and Yvonne and I kinda hope it wasn't EXO who won. But they did, and then they started crying and then tweets start flooding my timeline saying that "I'm gonna cry I'm so touched" and stuff. Erm, I used to be a die-hard fan too but to the verge of crying? No. Fans at the event itself cried too. Lol.
But anyway, the moment they announced "엑소", my dorm teacher just voiced out his opinion "왜? 왜 엑소? 으르렁? " in a very skeptical way. Hahaha. And that Korean girl was happy.

So that kinda summarized our night and on the other hand, Yixin, Meihwa and Sean are on another trip to Seoul to explore on their own so we're gonna have our own plans without them tomorrow!
Spent the night playing cards mahjong with Cheryl and Yixin!! Super fun because its their first time playing it with cards. Had fun too cos we were just bullshitting around the games and rules. Hahaha.
Last but not least to end off, K Attack 3 is 2 days away!! After weeks and months of practice, its finally the time to show everyone what we've got!! I clearly remember the feeling I had during K Attack 2; the audience, the cheers, the fanchants, the applause, the pride, the joy, the fun and everything else.
Okay so its 3am and I'm turning in. Yvonne's sleeping with us tonight by the way. Sweet dreams everyone :D
