Weather: Cloudy
Its the most dreaded Tuesday again. IBN at 10.30am and 3 hours of MICE.
Went to dabao Mexican Grill and had lunch in the dorm with Cheryl and Yvonne. Met with Yixin and Meihwa after lunch and headed towards law building because Yixin wanted to buy train tickets to Seoul and Yvonne wanted to go Law Building bookstore to buy stuff.
After we were done we headed for OM at 4.30pm. The moment we ended class the sky was dark and the wind was blowing and its not even 6pm! I guess that's what happen in winter.
Went back to dorm and had dinner at lounge. Ate my Nissin cup noodles cos I realised I had less than a month to clear all the food my mum sent me or else I gotta bring it to Seoul!
I really have nothing to do these few days while the others all have reports to rush. So I ended off my day watching Running Man 172 (really good), some random videos and another chinese movie, 《幸福额度》""Love on Credit". Female lead is 林志玲 (Lin Chi-ling) and male lead is 陈坤 (Chen Kun).
A totally bullshit movie that revolves around love and money. The female lead actually acts two roles in the movie (as twins), one being materialistic and the other being realistic. One goes for money but the other goes for love. And the ending? The materialistic one marries a rich guy, and the realistic one sticks with her broke boyfriend of ten years. A rubbish movie that corrupts your thinking that money is everything. And I really don't like her voice. No wonder 小S (康熙来了) always criticizes her. Nonetheless some of the quotes were not bad.
“到底为了爱情,为了幸福的人生,我们愿意付出多少努力,又愿意付出多少代价?”
“女人最大的错,就是去嫁一个不爱自己的人。”
“要王子还是房子?要幸福还是衣服?我们不能确定我们勾选的是迈向幸福人生的正确答案,但能确定的是,为了爱情,为了幸福的人生,我们应该奋不顾身,不惜一切代价。”
《幸福额度》 "Love on Credit"
The closing lines of the movie got me thinking. Do we want a prince or a house? Happiness or clothes? We don't know for sure which decision is the right one leading us to a life of happiness. However, we know that for the sake of love and happiness, we should all give our best shot, regardless of anything.
Goodnight guys!
