Post-OSEP Day 1: 04 January, Saturday

Temperature: 24/29 degrees
Weather: Rainy (hot and humid)

Rise and shine to my morning view of 19 years; the green green park just opposite my house. That's when I realise my first point of being unable to adapt to Singapore: Singapore is too green for me. Haha.

*thanks everyone who welcomed me back on Instagram!!*

Woke up at about 11am and then was supposed to meet Yvonne at 1pm at Yishun mrt to pass her her boxes of seaweed (she sent it to my house). My family decided to have lunch at Northpoint too before sending my sister to tuition so dad drove me to mrt station and dropped me and waited for me to meet Yvonne. After that we went for lunch at this coffee shop near Northpoint which has my favourite food like chicken rice, duck rice, wanton noodles and western! There was a long queue for chicken rice so I opt for wanton noodles and its damn good! I missed it so much while I was in Korea.

Wanton noodles for lunch :)
After which sent my sister to tuition and we went back. I went to cut my hair on the way back because I didn't cut it during the four months of OSEP! Athough like what everyone says when girls cut their hair there doesn't seem to be any difference... I merely snipped it because Chinese New Year is coming soon I didn't want my hair to be too short...

Before cutting.

I bought bubble tea on the way home and that was probably the first time I walked the market near my house after I came back. So busy and packed with people. I guessed it because CNY is coming soon!

Saw this veteran actor finally (after so many years). Its my first time seeing him although he lives in Yishun too :P
Packed and packed my stuff the whole afternoon... Mum cooked dinner while Dad went to Chinatown to get some stuff...

When sis came back we had dinner together! My first home-cooked meal in Singapore after I came back! So good... Missed my mum's cooking for so long!!

Home-cooked dinner!!
And then after dinner its back to packing again... And near midnight somehow I was feeling hungry again and I saw twister fries on Instagram so I had the urge to buy it from the Mac below my house... How convenient but I held back. I had to slim down for CNY! Dad let me weigh my weight and I'm 55kg now!! 6kg heavier from before I went for OSEP... And what makes it worse is that dad is only 58kg... Meaning to say I'm the heaviest in the family now... T_T

Meanwhile, my room is still in a mess.

Post-OSEP Day 1: It still all feels like a dream. Leaving home for four months, leaving my friends and family, living on my own and in the land of my dreams: South Korea. I wanna go back.
