Left home at about 2pm to head to ICA to make a replacement of my IC. It took me about an hour to reach Lavendar and I got myself a queue number but I didn't succeed in getting a replacement because there were some miscommunication.
The Singapore embassy I called in Korea told me that I do not need to pay a replacement fee because I'm a victim of crime. As long as I have the police report. But the officer at ICA said it was just a discounted price ($60 instead of $100) but not full waiver. She said I could appeal, but nah. I didn't bring enough money and I didn't have my bank cards (I haven't activated them) so I had to come back another day.
Headed back to Yishun to do my bank card and then back home to take some things before heading to Orchard to meet Ronnie for dinner!
He is having his internship in Orchard so I went to meet him at town. We wanted to have Hans at Far East Plaza but decided to have Manhattan at Plaza Singapura instead. They were having a one-for-one promotion that's why haha.
Met up with this friend of seven years and he's constantly lying to his girlfriend about meeting me (because the girlfriend doesn't like him to meet me) and I am always afraid some drama might happen some day but anyway, cheers to seven years and counting of friendship!!
Headed home after dinner and that marks the end of my day. Kind of felt like a long day because I traveled quite a lot. Singapore isn't that small either haha.
