Post-OSEP Day 4: 07 January, Tuesday

What I thought would be a sleep-in day turned out disastrous when my mum woke me up at noon and decided to quarrel with me. I rushed out of home after packing the gifts for the people I'm meeting today (Wangwei, Miaoqi, Yikloong) and headed for school.

Guess I'm still not used to living with my family after coming back for few days. Used to the freedom I had in Korea during OSEP; not used to having someone nag at every single thing I do. I thought things would be better when I returned but no. I just wanna do things myself and have no one interfere. Maybe its just a Sagittarius thing. At times like this I just wanna go overseas and stay there alone again. And perhaps this is also one of the reason why I don't feel especially home-sick during those four months in OSEP.

Anyway, bad things aside. I woke up at about noon and left home at about 12.30pm after washing up. I was planning to head to school late afternoon to meet Yikloong and pick up my hard disk (if you read yesterday's post I asked him for help yesterday; thanks ^^). But he whatsapp-ed me and said he may need to head to town in the afternoon so I kinda rushed to school to meet him before he left for town.

I brought along gifts for Miaoqi and Wangwei and headed to school. He asked me to meet him at the atrium so I waited and when he finally appeared I passed him his stuff from Korea and he was whining about me giving him masks because he said he don't use it. Aiya whatever lah.

He ended up driving me to town because he had to repair his boss' MacBook and I went along because I had no plans for the afternoon. The moment I got into his car I asked him whether I can trust his driving and he replied, "I'm an experienced driver. You know what that means?" Well, I didn't, but it just meant he got into accidents before. But he's been driving for four years already, and I must say he's quite good at it. At least I felt safe. Hahaha :P

We reached Wheelock at about 1.30pm and then we headed to fifth floor repair centre. Waited for about an hour before he was served. Once everything was done we headed down and we went into Star Three Sixty because he wanted to try the size of the shoes he wanna order online. I think he's planning to order the Tiger shoes online with Tiamhong or something because its cheaper.

And then he popped into Benjamin Barkers too. Did some window shopping and then we went out of Wheelock cos he wanted to get Starbucks. He asked me whether I wanted and I was like "yesssss" haha. After all I hadn't drank Starbucks in quite some time. I miss my caramel frappe!!

He ordered a hot americano while I got myself a caramel frappe w/ whipped cream. I wanted to pay but he gave me back my money so I guess it was a treat from him! Hehe thanks ^^

It was 3+ and his boss actually told him he could knock off early (supposed to be 6pm) but he said he wanna go back to school so well he gave me a lift back to school. Thanks too ^^

I reached school at about 4pm and then went to find Wangwei at Cheers to pass her gifts (thanks for your gift for me too!!) and then I went to the Block A office to make a replacement of my admin card. Yes I now I've graduated and I don't need my admin card but I just thought I would want to keep it for sentimental's sake haha. I filled in the replacement card form and I had to pay $6.40 but they said they didn't accept cash (arggghhh) so I went over back to Cheers to "borrow" Wangwei's NETS card (because I lost my wallet in Korea I don't have any bank cards with me) so thankfully she helped me paid and the staff told me to collect it tomorrow after 2pm.

After which I had no plans on and I didn't want to go home first either so I stayed in the computer lab and did my stuff. Meeting Miaoqi for dinner at Northpoint at 7.50pm after her theory class so I'm free until then. Watched Running Man until the lab closed and then went to Koufu to chill (and watch Running Man!). Happy to see more of my friends around school today! Daniel and Josh (again), Alexis, Jinyee, Bernice, Kaixin, and most importantly my darlings Miaoqi and Wangwei!!

So I left school at about 7pm and reached Northpoint at about 7.40pm. My Korean unnie called me because she was in Singapore and when I spoke in Korean on the train (peak hour) with her I kenna stare like don't know what... I miss speaking Korean freely in Korea!!

Dinner with Miaoqi at Pastamania and how I missed this girl!! Cutie pie bff of six years (and counting), really miss hanging out with you!! I just realised we don't have any photos tonight... But anyway love you!!

Reached home at about 10pm and showered and had a late night chat with Tiamhong because I had matters to ask him (both work and personal).

Turned in at about 3am cos he had to sleep early because he's heading to Malaysia tomorrow morning to visit his sister. Meeting my friends tomorrow too so goodnights!!
