Finally... its time to leave this place. Time to leave Korea although I very much can't bear to.

Our flight was at 2.20pm so Adrial and I were supposed to meet Yvonne and Cheryl at the airport at 12noon. It'll take us an hour by AREX so we were both planning to wake up at 10am (at least our alarms were set at 10am) but we both woke up late (at about 11am) so we rushed to head to the airport!

We managed to meet up with Cheryl and Yvonne so we proceeded to check in.

I was praying hard that my luggage won't be overweight but apparently my prayers weren't heard because my luggage exceeded by 7kg (yes seven freaking kilos) and there's no way I could remove baggage so I opt to pay KRW$75,000 for extra baggage charge. Was planning of using the unused baggage weight of the others but their luggages are all almost 23kg so I couldn't do much either.

Went to the counter to pay for extra baggage and got my boarding pass. We proceeded to head into the departure lounge. It was already 1.30pm and boarding was at 1.50pm (30mins before flight).

We headed in and I dropped by Hello Kitty Cafe to get food and drinks (cheese hotdog bun + iced caramel macchiato) and before I was able to eat it Adrial was already in the queue for boarding and the next thing I know I was on board already! With my food and drink though. I ate it on the plane eventually.

It was kinda rush but at least we didn't miss our flight. Haha. I was given the window seat on the left of the flight and Adrial was sitting on my right. Cheryl an Yvonne were given 2 seats in the middle of the plane. The seating for the flight was 3-3-3 and it was kinda weird cos I thought its usually 3-4-3.

The plane took off at 2.20pm sharp (flight KE643) and I was on my way home! The flight was more than 6 hours so I'm thankful I have my in-flight entertainment with me!

For those who know mahjong I don't get it. Look at the previous tile I threw. If I didn't throw that wouldn't I have won? Why didn't they let me win and instead force me to throw one tile? :(

Since I was at the window seat I made full use of it by snapping photos of the view outside every now and then. The sky view was simply too beautiful to resist.

We were served a meal halfway through the flight and I chose beef over chicken/bibimbap. The beef was nowhere near "good" so I only ate one piece. Should have taken bibimbap.

The pilot announced that we were approaching Singapore Changi Airport at about 6.50pm SGT which was kinda early because scheduled arrival time was 7.55pm. But the plane ended up circling around SCA (I guess it wasn't our turn to land yet) so we ended up landing at 7.55pm sharp too!

The flight had very few Singaporeans (I concluded from listening for Singlish and looking for Singaporean faces) so we weren't kiasu about alighting the plane first either. Anyway we were like at the back of the plane so there was nothing we could do to alight first too.

The moment we stepped out of the plane (and I mean that moment) when we were only on the aero-bridge (the one connecting the plane and the arrival hall) we could already feel the heat wave...

We waited some time for the other passengers to proceed first while we used the washroom. We reached the arrival hall and the three of them went to buy DFS (duty-free shop) liquor. And then we proceeded to collect our baggage and that was when we started spotting our family and friends who were here to pick us up!

Adrial first drank it and he exclaimed, "Singapore water!!
I then proceeded to drink and I said, Ömg tastes so clean like NEWater!"
Cheryl drank it and said, Ï miss Korea's water!"
Followed by Yvonne, "me too!!"
LOL xD

Yvonne had her USS colleagues there, Cheryl had her family, Adrial had his girlfriend and family and I had my family too! Told all my friends not to come fetch me since my family was coming already hehe. Can't wait to see all of them!!! I'm back!!!

By the time I came out it was almost nine so I went to have dinner with my family at Mac! After which my dad drove us home... Home Sweet Home!

Went back home and came back to a tidied room (thanks to my mum) but then in no time I messed it up again... While unpacking. Haha. Remember I had 8 boxes of stuff plus 1 overweight luggage and one hand carry luggage?

I didn't care much and went to shower first... Was already sweating on my way back... Singapore is too hot for me ><

Horfun for supper.

After I showered I settled all my clothes to be washed and left it in the laundry basket. Followed by taking out everything from my luggage and leaving them all over the floor to see. And then I left my luggage in the storeroom. Haha.

And then halfway through packing I was too tired so I left everything as it is and went to sleep.

Back to Singapore Day 1; the adventure starts tomorrow. :D
