Day 12: 08 September, Sunday

Its Sunday; another sleep in day.

Woke up at 12pm and went for lunch at Chao Chao again. Jja Jang Myun again. Yums.

Lunch~

There was this kid in the restaurant who was so cute and the mother was so friendly too. When we said "annyeong" to the kid he waved to us and said "annyeong" (which was not allowed in Korea because he is younger so he should be speaking to us in formal language). So the mum kinda "scolded" him and told him, "andwaeyo, baek kom in sa" (or sth similar which means "cannot, bow and greet". So he bowed to us with his hands on his stomach. Such a mannered child!! He called us "noonas" and "hyungs" like so cute lah. And posed for us. Then when we took photos he asked his mum why were we taking photos of him. Super cute lah.

Headed for the terminal again with Yixin and Meihwa after lunch. We went up to the cinema to take a look but there were no suitable showtimes. And their movies are a little~ outdated. Now you see me, Despicable Me 2, Monsters University? Mortal Instruments are not even out yet. And the ticket price is similar/more expensive than Singapore. Popcorn combos too.

We then went to YP Bookstore again cos Yixin wanted to get stuff for her friends. And I got some masks from Etude House at a super promo price. After that we went back. By cab. Because we were too tired and Meihwa kinda injured her leg yesterday so... yeah. It cost only KRW$3,000 anyway. For the convenience, its worth it. But the uncle laughed at me when I showed him our address. :/ me sad.

I just laughed at the korean name of this game.

At 4+ I was a little hungry so I wanted to go Orange Mart get something to eat. When I went down I saw the Moroccan girls so they asked me to join them. We talked about Chuseok, and our plans, then they said they were heading to the terminal so they asked me for directions. It was a little difficult to explain so I just offered to bring them there. My forth time there already haha.

I was back within an hour or so, about 5.30pm, and Yixin told me we were having pizza for dinner (yes, again) so we went down at 6pm. Nomnom dinner time!!

And after dinner we decided to have a movie session together so Adrial brought his laptop down since he got the most movies in his laptop. We wanted to watch in the Study Room but there was no aircon. The PC room is not big enough so we ended up using the Seminar Room. We arranged the chairs so that it seemed like we were watching a movie in the cinema. Hehe.

We watched Step Up 3 in the dark! Just like in the cinemas. I brought seaweed down for them to eat, and the feeling was similar to watching a movie in a cinema. Because I cannot see my food. Haha. And when it ended I laughed, because the moment the lights came on everyone was stretching. It looked entirely like what people do in theatres when movies ended haha.

The mountain climbing plan was postponed to Chuseok so that's about what we did today. First weekend but already kinda used to this place already. Haha.

Those having TEP hang in there! Those having holidays enjoy! Frankly speaking I really haven't got the mood to study yet lol. And the modules here are really different from nyp. So... would anyone mind telling me when results will be out? And when does school start?

If anyone wanna ask if I miss Singapore, hmm just a little. Miss the food, the convenience (transport) and convenience (language). Miss my family and friends too. Was otp for 2 hours with Amanda yesterday and she seemed to find my life here interesting but nah, its just okay okay to me. Love chats with her in the night; two hours wasn't even enough!

Okay, so I'm going to sleep now because I have a 9am class tomorrow. Nights everybody~
