Day 23: 19 September, Thursday

Woke up at 8am to  prepare for hiking today! Which mountain? Gyejok Mountain!

Weather was perfect (a little hot though) for mountain climbing and everything went well! We took a taxi to the mountain and climbed all the way up and conqured the peak! It's 423.6metres!

We settled down at the pavillion located at the peak of the mountain had had our lunch there. More of brunch actually. There was this dog lingering around so I took photos of it. I guess its so skinny because there's nothing much to eat up in the mountains. Poor dog. :(

So after we finished eating we took a few polaroids in the pavillion using self shot lens and it was kind of awkward because all the ahjumas and ahjussis are all looking at us laughing. I think we must have looked funny and foreign. Anyways we ended up greeting all of them before leaving the place. It was Chuseok after all. ^^

Going downhill was less tedious but more dangerous because slips occur more often and tadah! I slipped and cut my hand. Ouch.

So we got back to the dorm by cab and my hand hurt so I couldn't bathe while the others went ahead to bathe and have lunch. We cooked seaweed soup and cheese rice for lunch and its nice! Super love the seaweed soup.

Went to tour around the school after lunch to take shots and videos of our plan in mind! Wanted to to do a short video of us around the school so I shall let you in on our photos first :D Exclusive! Hehe. Videos shall be up when its ready!

Went back to the dorm at 6+ and had dinner. Took a picture of sunset on the way back. And Yvonne's back. :P Seaweed soup again cos Cheryl loved it haha. And we watched Idol Athletics Championship!

I came up as soon as I finished dinner and packed the room, sweep the floor and do my stuff. Cheryl, Yvonne, Adrial and idk who just came back from downstairs. They wanted to go bowling but didn't in the end.

The dorm teacher-in-charge just came along as usual asking me for attendance in the three rooms and he started asking me what was beer called in chinese. Took me some time to understand but he just wanted to know how to say "cannot drink beer in dormitory" in chinese (apparently some china students brought alcohol up to their room. Seems like my korean comprehension skill not too bad huh.

Plans for tomorrow: 10.30am heading to City Hall and sports in the afternoon! Hope its gonna be a fun day! Happy Mooncake Festival everyone! Its Chuseok here~ 추석 잘 보내세요~ ^^
