My classes are from 9am-10.15am and 3pm-4.15pm on Wednesdays. So I have like a few hours break in between.
9am class was Globalization and Social Media. I kinda llike the module; it sounds fun cos its talking about the change in perception and how social media is influencing everyone. But the bad thing is that we have to do a weekly blog so its kinda like abit burden.
I met up with my buddy, Jiyoon and Cheryl and her buddy, Minjung at the library at 10.30am to register for the rest of our modules. Sigh, third day of school already yet modules still not settled. I really love my buddy cos she is just as lively as me whereas Minjung is the shy one. When the four of us hang out together its really fun because all of us are of the same age, so we can cut the formalities.
They brought us to eat lunch somewhere near the school. It was spicy pork with lots of side dishes. Koreans seem to love side dishes alot. Like kimchi, pickled radishes, ham and many more. The main dish of the lunch was the steamed egg, Gye Ran Jim (gye ran is egg, jim means steam). The egg tasted so heavenly!!! It tasted just like home made steamed egg and Cheryl and I ate two bowls of rice! It smells damn good though, like the omelette at the Japanese stall in Koufu. But their steamed egg is served in a pot. And its bubbling out! Really love the egg. <3

Doesn't it feels like spring? |
We wanted to eat Samgyupsal but ended up eating some other kind of bbq. Because we couldn't communicate well, the boss asked to decide the menu for us and we agreed. He gave us spicy pork and pig intestines that was grilled! Oily but damn good.

It tastes somewhat like those braised peanuts in chinese restaurants, like how Cheryl described it. My experience?
It indeed tasted like peanuts, but the texture was different. It was considered soft shelled I guess, and after I bite it things start oozing out (the intestines I guess) so I didn't really like it. Plus, the after taste wasn't that good. But apparently it cures the spicyness haha.
We walked around Daejeon again to burn our fats and apparently today is the day we officially conquered all parts of Daejeon! So we went back to chill outside our dorm and then I got hungry so Sean, Yixin and I shared a Sweet Potato Pizza. Man all the calories from eating. Gotta go gym already seriously.
That's about all for today, laptop still pending for repair. Hope my buddy brings me to the service centre soon. Nights everyone!
